Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team. The Landscape Foreman will oversee and coordinate all aspects of landscaping projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. This position requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of landscapers, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities for each project.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Perform hands-on landscaping tasks, including but not limited to planting, mulching, sodding, and installing hardscape features.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and used safely.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety among the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects as needed.
