Job Description:
We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will work alongside our experienced team members to assist with various landscaping tasks, including planting, mulching, sodding, and hardscape installations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the landscaping industry and contribute to the creation of stunning outdoor environments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of landscape features, such as plants, trees, shrubs, and hardscape materials, retaining walls, paver patios and more.
• Prepare soil, mulch, and other materials for planting and installation.
• Operate landscaping equipment and tools under the supervision of experienced team members.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and vehicles.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
